The Kim Hunter Team came to TVA at a pivotal growth moment: the brokerage wanted to expand its reach, modernize how it appeared in the market, and build demand for Early Estates, a new residential subdivision in Byron, Georgia. The assignment grew beyond a visual refresh into an integrated brand, digital, and content system that could support both the team and the community it was bringing to market.
Objective
Create a recognizable premium identity for The Kim Hunter Team, translate it consistently across digital and physical touchpoints, and give Early Estates a focused launch platform that could turn awareness into qualified interest.
Challenges
- Unifying the brokerage identity and a distinct subdivision launch without fragmenting the message.
- Establishing a consistent premium look across social media, web, direct mail, signage, and on-site applications.
- Building sustained local awareness while new homes and community assets were still coming online.
Solution
We developed a new identity for The Kim Hunter Team and extended it into business collateral, direct mail, property signage, subdivision entrance signage, social templates, and field applications. For Early Estates, TVA designed a conversion-focused landing page structured around community positioning, available homes, floor plans, and direct inquiry. Ongoing social media management connected the brokerage brand to construction updates, team stories, and property-focused content.
Results
- Increased social media impressions by 300%.
- Established a cohesive new brand identity across digital, print, and on-site touchpoints.
- Launched a conversion-focused Early Estates landing page to centralize interest and inquiries.
- Created marketing signs and helped develop the subdivision entrance signage, carrying the brand into the physical environment.
